4I'm one of those people who never give fragrance as a gift unless I know exactly what the recipient would like because I consider it very personal. Chloe is 100% not my cup of tea - I didn't like it at all. However just the little sample was set up in a good quality atomiser which is a pretty good indication of brand quality in perfumes. My Mum thought it was fantastic, so the scent has a new fan anyway.
