I wish I could love this!

3

I really love almost everything about this product, the texture is great, the ability to prime the skin and set make up is amazing. Unfortunately my skin reacts with quite sever break outs with most primers (due to the silicones), and this is no different. However that's just how my skin works and otherwise I would really love this product. The skin looks so flawless and smooth, but alas it cannot be!

Lovely product but very small

I love the silkiness and softness of this primer I suffer from very dull as dry skin on my face and I put this on before my foundation and my skin appeared much more alive. However I was gutted about the size of the sample I don't feel I got to try it enough times to get a proper feel of the product. Maybe if the sample was twice the size that would be better. But nevertheless I still love the product, I probably would buy a full price full size version as I think the price is reasonable and I would recommend to anyone else with dry dull looking skin!

An unnecessary complication

Having persevered with this product, I feel its popularity is down to the celebrity-endorsed hype surrounding it, rather than the results it produces. It worked fine as a primer, but was nothing more special than my No.7 primer, or the Smashbox one. From the product description, I gather it needs to be used in conjunction with mineral makeup, which I do not have, and aside from that - I am skeptical of anything that is for adding to other products, which should be good enough to begin with; without added a 'mixing medium'. It didn't work very well to create various highly-pigmented eyeshadows into eyeliners, either. Overall, an average primer and an underwhelming everything-else.

Not Great

I agree that as a primer it's ok. I struggled to get the consistency and colour right when mixing it with eyeshadow and blusher. I think better instruction is needed as to how to mix them up right to get a good colour and consistency.

Decent first-time primer

My first proper use of a stand-alone primer and it's worked well. I applied it to my eyelids separately and it created a creamy-effect with powder eyeshadow and my eye liner lasted much longer. However, wouldn't know how it compares to other, more costly products.

Awesome!

I loved this product! For a small sample it goes pretty far! I found if you mixed a little into your foundation it goes on so beautifully and leaves your skin looking flawless! :) would defos recommend this product to people! x

Good product

I found this product worked really well on my skin. Make up usually fades quickly and I find it doesn't stick well on me however, this worked quite well.

Love!

At first glance this product didn't appear to be one I would use, but after combining with a Mac foundation, the result was flawless and as the bio says; airbrushed. I found the result was improved by dabbing on the skin, then applying foundation as normal!

Used better

As a primer it was ok but I don't find it particularly groundbreaking
