was really looking forward to trying this, especially as it was nu first box after signing up and was left disappointed. The cream was rock solid and tried many things to help loosen it. Really upset as this was my first.

Extremely disappointed in this product. The cream is solid as a rock. I couldn’t make a single indent in the cream and it didn’t leave any trace on the brush. Am I doing something wrong?

I've tried various eyebrow products,this was my first cream/brush and I love it! So easy to apply and it lasts. It's not a product I use daily so I've had this a while,it hasn't dried up or gone clumpy. I'd definitely purchase this.

Worked well at first but dried up really quickly. Is now so dry that it literally fell out of the jar. Wasn't a huge fan of the brush either - was very small and bristles fell out as I used it
