Say hello to The Estée Edit - an 82-piece collection of ground-breaking, creative and truly innovative products by the beauty powerhouse that is Estée Lauder. Designed for millennials and inspired by the brand's guest editors Kendall Jenner and fellow model come vlogging extraordinaire Irene Kim, it's a major indicator of what the future holds beauty-wise.

Think of it as Estée Lauder's younger, more playfyl sister who is making it her mission to answer the demands of a brand new generation by supplying them with eye, lip and face products that will feed their inner makeup junkie.

We put eight of our favourite products to the test to see if they really, truly live up to our expectations - here are the results...

Eyeshadow sticks make application easier than ever - offering up the option to keep it fairly simple and trace your lash line or smudge it over your entire lid. This is one of the easiest we've and it will be having a permanent place in our makeup bags - the texture is almost silky, so it literally glides onto your lid and it's super pigmented. We used 'Grounded', which was a beautiful brown hue with a slight metallic sheen to it. The Edgiest Kohl Shadow Stick, £17

The little splash of gold pigment that's layered over this blusher adds a subtle glow to your cheeks, so while you're dusting on a dash of healthy colour you're also imparting a radiant sheen on your complexion. The micronized pigment contain sunflower seed oil, which keeps the blush from being too powdery so you'll never look 'caked'. The Barest Blush, £20

Not only was it designed by the one and only Kendall Jenner, but it combines such a broad mixture of colours which you can create pretty much any look, from neutral to brighter statement shades. Oh, and the metallic hues come equipped with 'back-light technology', which essentially means they light up under UV. Pretty cool, huh? The Edit Eyeshadow Palette, £36

Providing the perfect subtle hint of colour in one swipe, this matte nude lipstick is really creamy and doesn't dry your lips out, thanks to the inclusion of jojoba oil in the formula. There's a whole heap of colours to choose from, so whether you're after an edgy bold or a pared-back neutral they have you covered. Mattified Lipstick, £17

The handy thing about this mascara is the fact it comes with two different brushes - the larger bristle brush boosts volume while the tiny brush helps lift, define and coat each and every lash (even the tiniest ones). It's sweat and humidity proof, so will withstand the most heated of environments for up for 15 hours. Now for the stats - according to the brand, this mascara will create a 109% increase in immediate lift and curl, alongside a 115% increase in volume. The Edgiest Up and Out Double Mascara, £17
