Product Application

For a fuller lip look, apply your Helen É Waterproof lip liner pencil to the top lip first starting at the corner of your mouth the top of your lip. Then apply lip liner to the bottom lip before applying your Helen É Moisturising Lipstick directly from the case or with the Helen É Professional lip and eye liner pencil.
