The best primer I have tried

This primer is fabulous. It is on the thick side, but it does not make your skin oily or shiny. In fact it mattifies your skin, allowing for flawless makeup that lasts in excess of 8 hours.I have very oily skin, but this product has virtually eradicated that, don't need to touch up at all. Couldn't find anything to knock the Smashbox primer off my pedestal until now.

Too thick

I am a big fan of primers. I feel that foundation should look minimal on the skin however this took a lot of blending. it felt like I was wearing a paste.

I like the lumious effect you gain with this product but the consistency was too thick for me. It hasn't replaced my usual primer.

Could take it or leave it

I'm usually in a hurry in the mornings so wanted something I could use quickly -unfortunately I didn't find this with the primer. When I tried to mix it with my BB cream it left streaks on my face, and took a while to dry when applying on separately. It was nice to use when I gave it time to dry, though.
