The following recipe makes 30 energy balls.
Ingredients:
110g Dates
100g Almonds
100g Hazelnuts
100g Walnuts
10g Hemp seeds
10g Chia seeds
2 tbsp Cocoa powder
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Agave syrup or honey (if you prefer to make energy balls sweeter) 2 tbsp
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients apart from agave syrup/honey and blend properly in food processor. Blend for a few minutes until the mixture sticks together but doesn’t become too oily.
2. Add agave or honey to taste and blend for a few more seconds.
3. Scoop and pat into balls. Enjoy fresh or refrigerate for later.
