Ingredients:
250g coconut flakes
Juice of ¼ lemon
Pinch of turmeric
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of chilli powder

Mix all the ingredients in and bowl and spread the coconut flakes on a baking sheet and pop into an oven on the lowest heat setting for 40 minutes. Store in an air tight container enjoy as a 3pm snack.
