wrong shade
The product itself is fine, if it was in the right shadeIi would actually use it. As someone with very fair skin, blonde hair and blue eyes, I am not sure how my beauty profile allows an eyebrow pencil to be sent in black. This isnt the first time I have received a product so far from any shade I can actually use. Almost every month there is something I need to give away to a friend or family member as it isnt suitable for me.
