1. Exfoliate and cleanse your skin before use. 2. Moisturise any dry areas like elbows, knees, hands and feet prior to application. 3. Using a tanning mitt, apply several pumps. 4. Starting with the lower legs, apply above ankle and work upwards towards the thighs, gently sweeping over the knee (try to avoid applying too much product to this area). 5. Continue onto the arms, avoiding the hands and working towards the décolleté, slightly bend the elbow and sweep gently over (trying to avoid over application in this area). 6. Using large circular motions apply to back, abdomen and décolletage (including the underarm area) Lightly brush what’s left on the mitt onto the backs of your hands, wrists, tops of your feet and ankles. 7. Using a damp cloth wipe palms of hands and nail plates. 8. Allow the product to dry for a few minutes before going to sleep. Avoid contact with water for 8 hours or overnight. 9. After 8 hours rinse to reveal a subtle golden glow. 10. Repeat 2-3 times a week to build and maintain your colour.
