mostly great
4I love receiving my glossybox it's like a little treat each month however, l have heard that you have reduced the glossydots for each survey which means it will now take forever to receive a 'freebie' this will definitely affect my decision to reorder and l think it should have been made clear to each customer-very disappointing.

LOVE LOVE LOVE
5This was my first ever Glossybox, and I loved it! Theme was lovely for Valentines day, and the products were amazing. It is a lovely treat for yourself every month. Some of the products were ones that I loved but wouldn't normally choose for myself, so it is really nice to try out new things. I have now subscribed to more, and cannot wait for March's delivery. Thank you Glossybox

not the best
1I wasnt impressed with this months glossy box, there are usually more than one product that i adore, this time there wasnt any. i felt the products were a little on the cheap side and illy thought out. i have now received 2 lip balms on the bounce, i do hope next months box doesnt have one as my lips are now well and truely moisturised!

Only satisfactory
3With the disappointment of January's box, I had high hopes for the February Valentines edition. I only give it a 3/5 only because I have scoured the internet and have seen people had full size bottles of hair treatments, Aussie products and make up whilst I am still stuck with getting sample sizes which I could probably get free in department stores. I had one full size product which is the mascara, but upon using it left my eyes looking like pandas by mid afternoon. The lipstick is nice but I don't wear lipstick as I prefer lip gloss. I'm starting to think this is very much a complete con and what people get in boxes must be decided by the subscription they take out i.e. if they pay for a batch of longer months they get nicer products :( Sort it out Glossybox, it's not fair for some girls to get piddly sample sizes whilst others get full size products. It's a waste of money and waste of packaging. I might have well received my products in an envelope and it would have all fitted in.

Disappointing
2This was my first glossybox and I was really disappointed with the contents. The actual box itself is really high quality and will be great for storing bits and pieces, however it was a shame not to receive any decent sized products, all tiny minatures apart from the mascara. The Mojito body oil is going straight in the bin! I wish you had the choice of veetoing some products.
