4Nasal spray was refreshing and does wake you up and give you a little boost. Havent used it on my neck, but for people with sensitive noses that might work well for them. Nice item.

5Would've never tried this before but it is great. It tops a Vicks inhaler.. the menthol that goes on the temple is a great addition to it. Really recommend that you try this...
