Very disappointing
For the last few months, I have been debating whether or not to cancel glossybox, and each time I've thought I'll give it one more month... and the boxes are getting worse. For me, it was a combination of yet another set of eyelashes (which I never use), a body shimmer lotion that I will not use, a nude lipstick that is not a colour that would flatter my medium-tan (Indian) skin tone and a foil packet of hair products. I haven't yet tried the hair products but this would have been a much better box if those samples had at least been a bit larger than something that may have been glued to the pages of a magazine... Glossybox used to be really good, and I subscribed from the very first box, but the standard is dropping. I think this will be my last glossybox. Birchbox seems to provide much better boxes.
Really 70/30
Ciate nail polish is great and in a shade I will use (unlike previous ones!) but the rest really wasn't great. I have no use for the hair gum as I have long classically styled hair, and the Miners lipgloss and Nougat body shimmer - I felt this box was a little childish. The lipstick and eyelashes would have matched my profile better I think.
Valentine's pick me up.
I absolutely loved this box, it was so romantic and perfect in every way! The chocolate made my day! The only problem I had was that the eyelashes I received were too long because I wear glasses, I did put this in my product review so hopefully glasses will be added to the beauty profiles! Thank you for making Valentine's even better for me this year!
Wasnt bad
Liked the eye lashes and nail polish this time...but def did not like the nude lipstick just made me look very drained...would definitely have preferred the eyeliner or comb :(
