How does the gift subscription work?
Its easy to send GLOSSYBOX Beauty as a gift! First select the duration (6 or 12 months, or 6 or 12 boxes of beauty GLOSSYBOX). Then you can choose between three different designs for the gift card and have the option to write a personal message for the recipient. The recipient will get the gift card with a gift code, which he can redeem on www.glossybox.co.uk/gift/
How does the payment work?
After choosing the duration of your gift subscription, you have the opportunity to choose between our different payment options (PayPal, Credit Card or direct debit). This is one-tine payment, that means you only pay once for the gift and will not be charged afterwards anymore.
How and where will the gift card with the gift code be sent to?
The self-designed gift card with the included gift code will be sent to an e-mail address, which you can select. You can either send it to your friends email address directly or let send it to you, print it out and give it personally.
I have bought a gift for my friend, how can he or she redeem it?
With the gift card we are sending a personal gift code, which can be redeemed on www.glossybox.co.uk/gift/. After filling in the gift code and shipping information on that page, the subscription starts and the recipient will get the GLOSSYBOX Beauty for the chosen period of time.
Do I need to cancel the gift subscription after it terminates?
No, the subscription ends automatically after the chosen duration. You do not need to cancel and will not be charged anymore.
My friend did not receive the e-mail with the gift code. What can I do?
You can always see the gifts you bought in your Customer Account in the tab Send a Gift. There you also have the option to view, print or even send the giftcard again.
Can I cancel my purchase?
You can use your legal right to revoke and cancel the order within 14 days of GLOSSYBOX informally by e-mail.
